Privacy policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Pontify ("we") is a small business based in London, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through pontify.co.uk and how we use it, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

The live demo on this site stores nothing: the conversation stays in your browser and disappears when you close the page.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your demo and, if you become a client, provide our service. Our lawful basis is your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We never sell your data.

Who processes it for us

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

Demo requests that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK law requires for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@pontify.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
